The University of Da Nang - University of Education (DUEd) has been established for the purpose of training and fostering teachers at all levels; training highly qualified scientists at graduate and postgraduate levels; scientific research and international cooperation. So far, UED plays one of important roles in the economic and social development of the Central Highlands and the whole country. During 37 years of development and growth, the university has defined to hold balance even between doing scientific research and training. As a result, the university’s staffs have created the valuable scientific works which are highly appreciated by the Science Council and successfully applied in practice every year.
In August 15th, 2011, The Minister of Information and Communications issued the official dispatch No 1282/GP-BTTTT, allowing University of Education – The University of Da Nang to be published the Journal of Science and Education. In February 27th, 2012, The National Scientific and Technological Information Department under the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the official dispatch No.06/TTKHCN-ISSN, agreeing to grant an International Standardized Serial Number, namely ISSN 1859 – 4603 to The DUEd Journal of Science and Education.
The journal has been established in view of publishing research papers in all fields of natural sciences, social sciences - humanities and science education of nationwide and worldwide scientists and being a knowledge exchange forum of the scientific issues.
The Editorial’s Staff would like to thank the authors, researchers in collaboration with the Journal and wish to continue to receive the valuable contributions of the researchers and educators to the development of the journal in the future.
